No. 594. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. SAMUEL LEWIS LLOYD to act as Organizer of the General Group for Essential Services in the Hong Kong Defence Reserve, during the absence from the Colony of Mr. JOHN KEITH BOUSFIELD, M.C.
