ORDINANCE No. 18 of 1935. BUILDINGS.

No. 565.-It is hereby notified for general information that His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under section 122 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, appointed the hours of 2 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. as additional or further hours between which blasts may be fired by Messrs. Nam Hing Co. in connexion with work on the realignment and reconstruction of Tai Po Road between the junction of Castle Peak and Tai Po Roads and the 5th milestone.

ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH [SANITATION]}).

It is hereby notified for general information that His Excellency the Governor in Council has under section 73 (1) of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance No. 15 of 1935, authorized as a place to be used as a Roman Catholic Cemetery, to be known as "New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 2662" the piece of land comprising about 18.14 acres, situate at Cheung Sha Wan in New Kowloon in the Colony of Hong Kong and shown on the plan thereof deposited in. and available for inspection at, the office of the Public Works Department, in substitution for the piece of land known as Kowloon Inland Lot No. 2148 so authorized as published in Government Notification No. 400 in the Gazette of 27th June, 1930, which is hereby cancelled.
