ORDINANCE No. 6 of 1901. (RATING).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 (2) of the Rating Ordinance. 1901, the Governor in Council has wholly adopted, as the valuation for the period of nine months commencing on the 1st July, 1940, and ending on the 31st March, 1941, the existing valuation of the tenements of the Colony.

Goverment Notitetion No, 56 published in the Gazette of the 19th January, 1910, is cancelled and this notice substituted.
