With reference to Government Notification No. 384 of the 18th May, 1988, it is hereby notified for general information that the operation of the provisional Commercial Agreement between His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom and the Egyptian Government, instituting most- favoured-nation treatment reciprocally between Egypt and Hong Kong, has been prolonged, by a further exchange of notes, until the 16th February, 1941.

The following further amendments issued by the Governor with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Colonics pursuant to Royal Warrants dated the 23rd March, 1934, and the 1st November, 1935, respectively, to the Regulations as to the grant, forfeiture, restoration and other matters con- cerning the Colonial Police and Fire Brigades Long Service Medal, published in the Gazette of the 10th January, 1936, as Government Notification No. 37, amended as appears in Government Notification No. 122 of 1937, are published for general information.
Amendments.
1. Regulation 1 is amended by the insertion of the words "or of the Hong Kong Police Reserve Force" immediately after the words of the Police Force of Hong Kong" in the second line thereof.

2. Regulation 4 is amended by the insertion of the words or, as the case may be, of the Police Reserve Force ", immediately after the words "Police Force" in the second line thereof.
3. Regulation 6 is amended by the insertion of the words or from the Police Reserve Force" immediately after the word "Force" in the third line of paragraph (a) thereof.
