No. 409.-With reference to the Rating No. 2) Amendment Ordinance, 1939, attention is drawn to the change in the Rating Year which, in future, will begin on 1st April in each year, commencing with 1st April, 1941. Form No. 1 for the annual re-valuation will in future be sent out at the beginning of October, commencing with October, 1940, for the 1941-1912 valuation.
