ORDINANCE No. 1 of 1873. (DANGEROUS GOODS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, 1873, the Governor in Council hereby amends Part IV of the regulations made under the said Ordinance published in the Gazette of 1st March, 1940, as Government Notification No. 236 as follows:-

Amendments.

Regulation No. 5 is amended by the deletion of :-

(1) the figure (1) in the first line thereof;

(2) the words 'do not contain a chlorate and in the first and second lines of paragraph (d) thereof.

It is hereby declared by Order of His Excellency the Governor in Council that Dairen is a place where an infectious or contagious disease, namely, typhus, prevails.
