It is hereby notified pursuant to section 5 of the Hop Yat Tong Church of Christ Hong Kong Incorporation Ordin- ance No. 19 of 1931 that Mr. NGAN SHING KWAN of No. 64 Kennedy Road, Managing Director of the China Motor Bus Company Limited has furnished satisfactory evidence to the Governor of his appointment on the 3rd day of March, 1940, as Trustee of the said church in the place of Mr. Fung In Cheung.

NOTE. The above order amends the standard price fixed by Government Notification No. 258 in the Gazette of the 1st March, 1940, for the article of food

mentioned.

SUPREME COURT.

No. 338.-The offices of the Supreme Court will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. during the Easter Vacation, except on public and general holidays, when the offices will be entirely closed. The Easter Vacation begins on the 22nd day of March, 1940, and terminates on the 28th day of March, 1940, (both days inclusive).
