No. 323. His Excellency the Governor has approved the rclinquishment by Acting Sub-Lieutenant ALFRED BRIAN PALMER of his commission in the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force, as from 12th February, 1940.

No. 324 His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under section 9 of the regulations of the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force, to make the following appointment in the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force :-
