ORDINANCE No. 18 of 1935. (BUILDINGS).

It is hereby notified for general information that His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under section 122 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, appointed the hours of 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. as the hours between which blasts may be fired by Messrs. Kin Lee & Co., Contractors, in connexion with work at the Jubilee Reservoir.

ORDINANCE No. 32 of 1915. (IMPORTATION AND EXPORTATION).

Prohibition of importation of certain merchandise from Macao.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Importation and Exportation Ordinance, 1915, the Governor in Council amends the prohibitory order relating to the importation of certain merchandise from Macao published as Government Notification No. 268 in the Government Gazette of the 2nd March, 1940, as follows:---

1. Paragraph 3 of the said order prohibiting the im- portation of wolfram is rescinded.
