84.-(1) The pressure of gas in every cylinder-
(a) capable, when empty, of containing one cubic foot of water or more, and having the ends secured to the body by welding, or
(b) containing no acetone or other solvent,
shall not exceed 150 pounds to the square inch at a tempera- ture of 60° Fahrenheit.
(2) The pressure of gas in every other cylinder shall not exceed 225 pounds to the square inch at a temperature of 60° Fahrenheit.
(3) This regulation shall not apply to cylinders used by the Harbour Master exclusively for marine lighting.
85.-(1) Every cylinder shall be tested by hydraulic pressure before being filled.
(2) Such hydraulic pressure shall be not less than four times the pressure to which the cylinder will be subjected in use, and shall be maintained for a period of at least fifteen minutes.
(3) No cylinder which, on being subjected to such test, shows any permanent stretch, shall be used for the storage of gas under pressure.
86. No cylinder valve shall contain more than 70% of copper in its composition and every such valve shall be provided with left-handed outlet screw threads for the pipe or other connexion.
87. (1) Every cylinder shall be so designed as to protect the valve from damage, or shall be provided with a strong metal cap or cover enclosing the valve and securely attached to the cylinder.
(2) No part of any such cap or cover shall be in contact with any part of the valve.
(3) This regulation shall not apply to small cylinders packed in cases which adequately protect the valves of such cylinders.
88. The name of the manufacturer of every cylinder shall be permanently and conspicuously marked thereon or on a brass plate securely attached thereto.
89. A label shall be attached to every cylinder stating— (a) the date when the cylinder was last previously filled
with gas,
(b) the name and address of the person by whom the cylinder was so filled, and
(c) the maximum pressure of gas permissible in the cylinder.
90. The name of the gas contained in the cylinders, and the name and address of the person or firm by whom the cylinders were filled shall be legibly shown-
(a) in red upon every case containing one or more cylin- ders and not coloured red all over, and
