(2) No part of any such cap or cover shall be in contact with any part of the valve.
(3) Every such cap or cover shall be provided with a vent of such size as will prevent the accumulation of gas pressure inside such cap or cover.
(4) This regulation shall not apply to small cylinders packed in cases which adequately protect the valves of such cylinders.
77. No oil or similar lubricant shall be used on any valve or other fitting of any cylinder.
78. (1) Every cylinder shall be submitted to an hydraulic test at intervals not exceeding two years.
(2) Every cylinder shall be thoroughly cleaned and examined externally, and, so far as practicable, internally, before it is submitted to any such test.
(3) If any rust or foreign matter is found inside any cylinder as a result of any such examination, the cylinder shall, before being submitted to any such test, be heated to a temperature not exceeding 572° Fahrenheit, and then again cleaned and examined.
79. The name of the gas contained in the cylinder, and the name and address of the person or firm by whom the cylinder was filled shall be legibly shown---
(a) upon every cylinder containing any gas,
(b) in red upon every case containing one or more cylin- ders and not coloured red all over, and
(c) in any suitable colour upon every case containing one or more cylinders and coloured red all over.
80.--(1) Every cylinder containing any gas shall be kept in a cool place.
(2) Cylinders containing chlorine or ammonia may be stored in the open air, provided they are protected from the direct rays of the sun and from other sources of heat.
(3) No cylinder containing chlorine shall be stored near any cylinder containing ammonia, and no cylinder containing either of these gases shall be stored near any organic sub- stance likely to give off organic vapour.
81. (1) No cylinder shall be charged with a quantity. of gas exceeding in weight the number of pounds of water which the cylinder is capable of holding, multiplied by the filling ratio specified for each gas in the Table to this regulation.
(2) The accuracy of each charge shall be determined by weighing.
