12.-(1) The provisions of regulation 10(b) shall not apply to any ship arriving at any port in the Colony and carry- ing only-

(a) one article or substance or articles or substances of any one kind separately specified in the Table to this regulation or

:

(b) proportionate quantities of more than one article or substance or of substances of more than one kind separately specified as aforesaid,

not exceeding in total quantity the permitted quantity specified in Column 2 (where the ship is at a wharf) or in Column 3 (where the ship is at a buoy or other mooring) of the Table to this regulation.

(2) This regulation confers exemption from the provi- sions of regulation 10(b) in respect of Category 6 dangerous goods only where the permitted quantities specified in Columns 2 and 3 of the said Table are packed in such a manner as to be reasonably secure against leakage.
