This category includes the substances specified hereunder and also any oil, whether animal, vegetable, or mineral, which is not so specified and which, when tested in a manner for the time being prescribed by the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, 1873, or regulations made thereunder, shows a flash point above 150° Fahrenheit and not above 500° Fahrenheit.
