This category includes the substances specified in Classes 1 and 2 of this category, and also any substane not specified in this category which, when tested in a manner for the time being prescribed by the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, 1873, or regulations made thereunder, shows a flash point of or below 150° Fahrenheit.

Benzine.

Benzol.

CLASS 1.-FLASH POINT BELOW 73°F.

Benzolene.

Division 1.-Immiscible with water.

Butyl acetate (iso).

Carbon disulphide.

Ether (sulphuric).

Ethyl acetate. Gasolene.

Lythene.

Motor Spirit.

Naphtha.

Nickel carbonyl.

Toluol.

Acetone.

Division 2.-Miscible with water.

Diacetone alcohol.

Ethyl alcohol (spirits of wine).

Methyl alcohol.

Methylated spirit.

CLASS 2.-FLASH POINT OF OR ABOVE 73°F

BUT NOT ABOVE 150°F.

Alcoholic liquids of a strength of or over 70 parts by weight.

Amyl acetate.

Amyl alcohol.

Butyl acetate (normal).

Butyl alcohol.

Coal tar.

Ethyl lactate.

Kerosene.

Paraffin.

Turpentine.

White spirit (turpentine substitute).
