COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.

No. 229.-Notice is hereby given of the intention to make an Order on the expiration of six months from the date hereof directing the removal of all graves in those portions of Sections B and C in Kowloon Cemetery No. 2 (Ho Man Tin Cemetery) in which bodies were buried during the year 1931, and in Section A and Trenches in which bodies were buried during the year 1933. Such Order will be made for the purpose of the execution of a public work namely the proper laying out of such area for the purpose of burial therein of Chinese dead.
