No. 122.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to 'appoint Lieutenant GORDON PATRICK FERGUSON, Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, to be an Honorary Aide-de-Camp, with effect from 2nd February, 1940.

No.123. With reference to Gazette Notification No. 36 published in Government Gazette No. 3 of 13th January, 1939, the following member has been added to the Nutrition Research Committee :-

Dr. NICOL CAMPBELL MACLEOD, Deputy Director of Health Services.

No. 124-His Excellency the Governor has approved the relinquishment of the appointment of Mr. CYRIL CHAMPKIN as Chief Air Raid Warden for the Island of Hong Kong, with effect from 31st January, 1940.

No. 125.- His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. Li TSE-FONG to be a Member of the Board of Education for a further period of two years, with effect from the 3rd February, 1940.
