His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, pursuant to Section 11 (7) of the Compulsory Service Ordinance, 1939, to permit FREDERICK BERTRAM BLAKEY to quit the Hong Kong Defence Reserve, with effect from 12th January, 1940.

His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, pursuant to Section 11 (7) of the Compulsory Service Ordinance, 1939, to permit JOHN MCCALLUM PEARSON to quit the Hong Kong Defence Reserve, with effect from 15th January, 1940.
