No. 8. 498.—It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Office, South, Queen's Building, 2nd floor, Hong Kong, at 11 a.m., on Friday, the 6th day of January, 1939.
The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less the last 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Building Lot subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 364 of 1934, and to Special Conditions Nos. 2 (a) and (b).
The amount to be spent in rateable improvements to the satisfaction of the District Officer, South, within two years from the date of sale is $1,500.
