at No. 273 Des Voeux Road Central and also at No. 137 Connaught Road Central Victoria aforesaid will transfer the business as such Managing Partner as aforesaid of the said Tung Fong Chinese Boarding House iu- cluding goodwill, furniture, fixtures, Licence and bookdebts to Tain Sau Ping (
of No. 36 Fuk Wah Street Shamshuipo in the Dependency of Kowloon and Colony of Hong Kong.

The said Tam Sau Ping intends to carry od the said business at No. 273 Des Voeux Road Central and also at No. 137 Connaught Roa Central Victoria aforesaid under the name o' "Tung Fong Chinese Boading House" and will not assume any of the liabilities incurred in the said business by the said Chan Koon Kau as such Managing Partner as aforesaid.
