OTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Section 234 of the Companies Ordin- ance, 1932, a Final General Meeting of Mem- bers, and a Meeting of Creditors, of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Messrs. Percy Smith, Seth & Fleming, No. 6, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, Hong Kong, on the 19th day of December, 1938 at 11.30 a.m. and 12 o'clock noon respectively, for the purpose of having an Account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up) has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any ex- planation that may be given by the Liquidator. Creditors will be required to decide as to the manner in which the books, accounts and docu- ments of the Company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed at their meeting.
