́OTICE is hereby given that Wong Yu Chiu of China Building, 5th floor, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, Merchant, had on the 31st day

of August, 1938, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following trade mark, viz:-

Colonial Secretary's Office.

in the name of Wong Yu Chiu, who claims to be the proprietor thereof.

The said trade mark has been used by the Applicant in respect of the goods in Class 5 since 1936.

Facsimiles of the said trade mark may be seen at the Offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the undersigned.
