of No. 171, Des Voeux Road Central Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, have on the 3rd day of August, 1938, applied for regis tration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:--

Such Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicant forthwith in Class 3 in respect of Chinese Medicine.
