right to use the name "Mee Chui Sze Con- fectionery (美最時糖菓公司)

as the name or part of the name of the new firm.

The transfer will be completed on the 15th day of November 1938.

The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at No. 48 Tang Lung Street, Ground floor, Victoria aforesaid, under the style or

firm name of the Hing Lee Company (

2ō) and will not assume the liabili-

ties incurred by the Transferor in connection with the said business
