NOTICE is hereby given that Nestle and
Anglo-Swiss Condensed Milk Company Limited, (a Company incorporated according to the Laws of Switzerland), of Vevey, Switzer- land, Manufacturers, have on the 29th day of August, 1938, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :--
NESCAFÉ
in the name of Nestle and Anglo-Swiss Con- densed Milk Company Limited, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The said trade mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention to use it forthwith in respect of substances used as food or as ingredients in food in Class 42.
A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
