William Co., Ltd. whose registered Office is situate at No. 22, Des Voeux Road Central (2nd floor) Victoria in the said Colony (herein- after called "the Transferees") the business of a Knitting Factory now known as The Williams Knitting Company including the goodwill, sign-board, furniture, fixtures, fittings stock-in-trade and assets of the Transferors of and in the said business.
The Transfer will be completed on the 3rd day of November 1938. The Transferees intend to carry on the said business at Nos. 142-146 Portland Street (ground floors) aforesaid and will not assume any debts or liabilities incurred by the Transferors prior to the 3rd day of November 1938.
