Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.
NOTICE is hereby given that Wong Yn Chiu of China Building, 5th floor, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, Merchant, had on the 31st day
of August, 1938, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register
of Trade Marks, of the following trade mark, viz :
AP
山佛
粤港香 舖虍范金元允黄
金鎮老元黄
in the name of Wong Yu Chiu, who claims to be the proprietor thereof.
The said trade mark has been used by the Applicant in respect of the goods in Class 5 since 1936.
