HARBOUR DEPARTMENT.

No. S. 245.-It is hereby notified that scaled tenders in quintuplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of One Conical Buoy", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 15th day of August, 1938.

The Conical Buoy is to be constructed in accordance with a plan which may be obtained at the office of the Government Marine Surveyor, Harbour Office. A sum of $10 is required to be deposited with the Accountant-General and the plan will be available on production of the receipt for the above amount. The deposit will be released on the return of the plan and the submission of a bona fide tender.

The Conical Buoy to be supplied of first quality material and workmanship to the entire satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor.

Tenderers are to state the earliest date of delivery.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
