No. S. 188.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate which should. be clearly marked "Tender for Sextons Quarters, New Kowloon Cemetery No. 7", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 11th day of July, 1938. The work consists of the erection of a block of quarters in brick and
concrete.
As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $500 with the Accountant-General which sum will be retained for a period of six months from the date of completion of the works in lieu of the usual retention money.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
