PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.

No. 8. 187.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Garages-Bowen Road", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 4th day of July, 1938. The work comprises the construction of three small garages approximately 10'.0" by 19'.0', one large garage 18'.0'' by 19'.0'' and a Store under the road bridge at Bowen Road.

The successful tenderer will be required to deposit the sum of $250 as security for the due and proper performance of the work.

No work will be permitted on Sundays.

For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
