The applicants intend to use the said Trade Mark No. 1 in respect of Chemical substances used in manufactures, photography, or philo- sophical research, and anti-corrosives in Class 1, in respect of Window and plate glass, paint- ed glass, Glass mosaic and glass beads in Class 15, in respect of Substances used as food or as ingredients in food in Class 42 and in respect of Perfumery, toilet articles, preparations for the teeth and hair and perfumed soap in Class 48, intend to use Trade Mark No. 2 in respect of Chemical substances used in manufactures, photography, or philosophical research, and anti-corrosives in Class 1, in respect of Chemi- cal substances used for agricultural, horticul- tural, verterinary and sanitary purposes in Class 2, in respect of Horological instruments, Clocks and Watches in Class 10 and in respect of Window and plate glass, painted glass, Glass mosaic and glass beads in Class 15 and intend to use Trade Mark No. 3 in respect of Common soap, detergents, candles, starch, blue and other preparations for laundry purposes NOT IN- CLUDING OILS, particularly refind petroleum, illuminating, heating, or lubricating oils in
