HARBOUR DEPARTMENT,

No. S. 183.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in quintuplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the supply of a Wooden Single Screw Steam Tug", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until the 4th day of July, 1938.

The Tug is to be constructed in accordance with a plan and a Specification which may be obtained at the Office of the Government Marine Surveyor, Harbour Office. A sum of $50 is required to be deposited with the Accountant-General and the plan and specification will be available on production of his receipt for the above amount. The deposit will be released on the return of the plan and specification and the submission of a bona fide tender.

The Tug and equipment are to be supplied of first quality material and workman- ship to the entire satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
