The said Trade Mark has been used by the said Mak Chauk Ting alias Mak Kin Sang in Class 38 in respect of singlets since 1935.

The Applicant disclaims the right to the exclusive use of the firm name.

Registration of the said Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word Hygiene". The applicants undertake not to use the cross device in red, or in white or silver on a red ground or in any similar colour or colours.
