OTICE is hereby given that a Petition
presented to the Supreme Court of Hong
Kong on the 12th day of May, 1938, for
confirming the reduction of the Capital of
the above Company from H.K. $500,000.00
to H.K. $250,000.00 is directed to be heard
before His Honour Sir Alasdair Duncan Atholl
Macgregor, Knight, Chief Justice, on Wed-
nesday the 25th day of May, 1938 at 10 o'clock
in the forenoon.
Any creditor or shareholder of the Company
desiring to oppose the making of an Order for
reducing the Capital of the said Company
under the above Ordinance should appear
at the time of hearing by himself or his
Counsel for that purpose.
A copy of the Petition will be furnished to
any creditor or shareholder of the Company
requiring the same by the undersigned on
payment of the regulated charges for the same.
