and Creditors.

NOTICE is hereby given that a joint meet-

ing of the shareholders and creditors of the abovenamed company will be held at its registered office No. 176 Tai Nam Street, Shamshuipo, Kowloon, at noon on Saturday, the 14th day of May 1938, for the purpose of discussing the following resolution, namely:-

"That some one be appointed liquidator of the company with full power to deal with all matters relating to the winding up in the place of Mr. Wong Loong Sang, who has died."

Transfers of Businesses Ordinance, No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that The Wesson Company, Limited, in liquidation, of ground floor, No. 147 Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, (herein- after called "the Transferors") by Cheng Yung Shue, of first floor, No. 5 College View, Victoria, aforesaid, the liquidator, have agreed to sell their furniture and fixture and also part of their stock-in-trade to Lai Hin Che, of first floor, No. 75 Bute Street, Kowloon, (hereinafter called "the Transferee ").

The Transferee intends to carry on business at the same address as that of the Transferors and will not assume any of the liabilities incurr- ed by the Transferors in connection with their business or otherwise.

The nature of the business carried on by the Transferors is that of a provision store and the furniture and fixturo agreed to be sold to the Transferee are those used by the Transferors in connection with their business.
