No. S. 144.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Examination Shed for Imports and Exports Depart- ment", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 23rd day of May, 1938. The work consists of the erection of a timber shed with tiled roof.

As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $300 with the Accountant-General which sum will be retained for a period of six months from the date of completion of the works in lieu of the usual retention money,

No work will be permitted ou Sundays.

For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
