OTICE is hereby given that the Court has by virtue of Section 58 of the Probates Ordinance 1897, made an Order limit- ing the time for creditors and others to send in their claims against the above estate to the 25th day of May, 1938.

All Creditors and others are accordingly hereby required to send their claims to the undersigned on or before that date.

EXTRAORDINARY RESOLUTION.

Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of A members of the abovenamed Com-

pany duly convened and held at the office of Mr. C. Y. Kwan, Solicitor, of 2nd floor, No. 4A Des Vœux Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, on Tuesday, the 26th day of April, 1938, at 3.30 o'clock in the afternoon, the subjoined resolution was duly passed as an Extraordinary Resolution :---

"That it has been proved to the satis- faction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up volun- tarily, and that Mr. Cheng Yung Shue of No. 5 College View (1st floor), Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the pur- pose of such winding up, and that the remuneration of the said liquida- tor for his services in the winding up be fixed at the sum of $70.00 per month, together with all costs, charges and expenses incurred by him in and about such winding up".
