No. 8. 134.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should. be clearly marked "Tender for Nullah Training between Blue Pool and Tai Hang Roads, Wong Nei Chong Valley", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 16th day of May, 1938. The work comprises the construc- tion of a nullah in rubble masonry (a portion of which is to be arched over) and contin- gent works.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $1,000 with the Accountant-General.
