No. S. 128-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked Tender for Proposed Timber Pier at Harbour Office", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 2nd day of May, 1938. The work comprises the construction in timber of a pier 96′ × 25′ with two landings off the Harbour Office, Connaught Road.
As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $500 with the
Accountant-General.
For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
