NOTICE is hereby given that I. & R.
Morley Limited, of 18, Wood Street, London, E. C. England; Warehousemen, have on the 22nd day of October, 1937, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :---

in the name of I. & R. Morley Limited, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
Such Trade Mark has been used by the ap- plicants and by their predecessors in business in Class 38 in respect of knitted articles of clothing, leather gloves, bathing costumes, overalls, shirts, pyjama suits, ties for wear and dressing gowns since the year 1899, beach wraps, beach coats and bath gowns since the year 1913, bed jackets since the year 1920, beach capes since the year 1926 and beach trunks since the year 1933.
This Trade Mark has been declared to be distinctive by Order of His Excellency the Governor pursuant to Section 9 (5) of the Trade Marks Ordinance 1909.
