No. S. 96.-It is hereby notified that information has been received from British Consul, Chefoo, to the effect that Hong Kong has been declared an infected port on account of small-pox as from 15th March, 1938. All passengers embarking at Hong Kong for Chefoo must be vaccinated before departure.
