No. S. 66.-It is hereby notified that information has been received from Quarantine Officer in charge, Swatow, to the effect that Hong Kong has been declared an infected port on account of Small-pox as from 23rd February, 1938.
All passengers embarking at Hong Kong for Swatow must be vaccinated before departure.
