NOTICE is hereby given that The Sincere Co. (Perfumery Manufacturers) Ltd., a company duly incorporated and registered under the Com- panies Ordinance of Hong Kong and whose Registered Office is situate at Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 26th day of November, 1937, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks,

f the following Trade Mark :--

in the name of Koo Man Fai trading as Loo

Choi Yee Lao Lak Kee Firm, who claims to be

the proprietor thereof.

The said trade mark has not hitherto been

used by the Applicant in respect of playing cards but it is the intention of the Applicant so to use it forthwith in Class 39 in respect of playing cards.

Registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the Chinese characters appearing on the mark.

Facsimile of such trade mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks, of Hong Kong, and of the undersigned.
