No. S. 60.-It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Office, Tai Po, at 11.30 a.m., on Tuesday, the 15th day of March, 1938.
The Lots are sold for the term of seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898 with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent, Serial No. 1 as a Building Lot, Serial No. 2 as a Garden and Agricultural Lot, and Serial No. 3 as an Agricultural Lot, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 364 of 1934. Serial No. 1 is further subject to Special Condition No. 2 (a), and Serial Nos. 2 and 3 are further subject to Special Conditions Nos. 1 (a), (b) and (c), in the above-mentioned Government Notification.
