NOTICE is hereby given that K. S. Pavri

& Sons of No. 32, Wyndham Street,

Hong Kong, have on the 7th day of February,

1938, applied for the registration in Hong

Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following four Trade Marks:-

to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The four Trade Marks have been used by K. S. Pavri & Sons in respect of Fire-crackers and Fireworks in Class 20 since the year 1937. Trade Mark No. (1) is associated with Trade Mark No. 333 of 1933.

Registration of Trade Marks Nos. (1), (2) and (3) shall give no right to the exclusive use of the female figure device except as shown on the mark.

Registration of Trade Mark No. (4) shall give no right to the exclusive use of the rocket and fire-cracker devices.

Representations of the above trade marks are deposited for inspection in the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks and also at the Office of the undersigned.

OTICE is hereby given that Union Oil Company, of California, a Corpora- tion duly organized under the laws of the State of California of 617 West Seventh Street, Los Angeles, State of California, United States of America, engaged in the business of produe- ing, refining. manufacturing and distributing petroleum products, have on the 3rd day of January, 1938, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :---

MOTOREZE

in the name of Union Oil Company of Cali- fornia, who claim to be the proprietors thereof. The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants since 1st April, 1912, in respect of the following goods :-
