Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :—

in the name of the said

Poon Ko Sau Firm, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The trade mark has not hitherto been used by the applicants in respect of Patent medicines in Class 3 but it is their intention so to use it forthwith.
