TRADE MARKS ORDINANCE, 1909.
Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.
NOTICE is hereby given that The Sincere Co. (Perfumery Manufacturers) Ltd., a company duly incorporated and registered under the Com- panies Ordinance of Hong Kong and whose Registered Office is situate at Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 26th day of November, 1937, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :--

in the name of The Sincere Co. (Perfumery Manufacturers) Ltd., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has not hitherto been used by the Applicants, but it is their intention so to use it forthwith, in respect of the following goods:-
Vanishing Cream,.in Class 48.
The registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the Chinese characters (H) and of the jar device.
A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
