TOTICE is hereby given that Kabushiki-Kaisha Takeda Chobei Shoten of No. 27 Doshomachi 2-chome, Higashi-ku, Osaka, Japan, on the 29th day of November, 1937, applied for the registration, in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks viz:—

MERZONIN

(3)

CHINERON

in the name of the said Kabushiki-Kaisha Takeda Chobei Shoten, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants in respect of Chemicals and medicines and pharmaceutical preparations in Class 3.
