No. S. 21.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate which should. be clearly marked Tender for Construction of Police Recreation Ground North of Boundary Street, Kowloon", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 7th day of February, 1938. The work comprises the levelling and turfing approximate 92 acres of ground, forming chunam hockey and basket ball pitches, tennis courts and contingent works.
As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $1,000 with the Colonial Treasury.
For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
