to Yeung Wai Kwan (L) of No. 11 Fleming Road (ground floor) Victoria, afore- said, Merchant, (hereinafter called "the Trans- feree ").

The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at the same address and will not assume any of the liabilities incurred by the Transferor in the said business.
