NOTICE is hereby given that Loew's Incorporated, a corporation of the State of Delaware, having a place of business at 311 South State Street, City of Dover, State of Delaware, United States of America, have on the 11th day of March, 1937, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-

Naranjia & Co. of No. 52, Wyndham OTICE is hereby given that C. M. Street, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 20th day of October 1937, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark viz:-

MARK
Merr Goldwyn Mayer
in the name of Locw's Incorporated who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Motion picture films in Class 8.
The words "Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer" have been declared to be distinc- tive by order of His Excellency the Governor pursuant to Section 9, sub-
section 5 of the Trade Marks Ordinance 1909.
A facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Regis- trar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
